Common questions
My cards don't seem to shuffle
Both Study and Quiz deal a freshly shuffled deck every time you enter a pack. If you're seeing the same card first, make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store.
Does my progress sync between my phone and the web?
Yes. Flashy on iPhone and the web app share one account, so your decks, grades and review schedule follow you across both.
How do I add or remove packs?
Open Settings, then My packs. Tap any pack to add it to your deck or take it out. Removing a pack doesn't erase your progress on it.
What's the difference between Study and Quiz?
Study is a browse — flip through cards freely, nothing is graded or scheduled. Quiz grades each card and schedules it to come back when you're about to forget it.
Can I start a pack over?
Yes. On the finished screen, Go again deals every card once more as a practice lap and records nothing. Start over wipes your progress on that pack and begins the schedule fresh.
How do I delete my account?
Settings, then Delete account. This removes your profile, decks and study history permanently and cannot be undone. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.
